Payment is due at the time of each session. I accept cash, checks, debit cards, and credit cards. If I am not in network with your insurance plan, I can provide paperwork for you to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement upon request.
I am a preferred provider for Kaiser Permanente PPO plans (excluding Elect PPO), United Behaviorial Health (excluding Apple Health and Medicare Community plans), Cigna, First Choice Health PPO plans , and some Premera and LifeWise plans (including Global, Foundation, Heritage, Heritage Plus, Heritage Prime, Heritage Signature, LifeWise Health Plan of Wa Preferred, LifeWise Assurance Co, and Lifewise Connect). If you have insurance through any other carrier, eligibility for reimbursement is dependent upon your insurance plan's out-of-network mental health benefits.
Please be aware that not all insurance health plans have "virtual visits", "telemedicine", or "telehealth" as a part of their benefits. If your plan does not cover this, my services will be "out of pocket" for you.
Missed or cancelled appointments with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to the full session fee.
Sessions typically run either 50-55 minutes or 75-80 minutes, and fees range from $150-$195. Call or email with specific inquiries or pricing questions.
Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don't have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services. If you are not using insurance, you have the right to receive a "Good Faith Estimate" explaining how much your mental health care will cost. You can ask for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.
